Gamma 40Hz Stimulation

Pioneering research from MIT (Tsai et al.) has demonstrated that exposing murine models to 40Hz auditory and visual stimulation (GENUS) induces gamma oscillations in the brain. This stimulation was shown to activate microglia and reduce amyloid-beta plaques, a hallmark of Alzheimer's disease. Clinical trials in humans are ongoing.
